1. How do I return a product?

All products are elegible for returns within 15 days of reception. Please contact hello@margheritamargherita.com requesting a return.

2. How many days do I have to return a product?

15 working days from the date of reception.

3. Can I exchange my purchase?

Currently, we do not have an exchange policy.

The procedure you would have to follow if you want to exchange your item for another one would be to return the one you have previously purchased, following the steps of our return policy and on the other hand, place a new order with the item you want.

4. How do I wash the placemats?

Margherita placemats must be hand washed. We recommend this type of washing to avoid any possible problems. Our placemats are made out of artisanally painted fabrics, which might stain if not washed correctly and separately.

Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking for too long.
